Herbal Solutions For Brittle Hair

In summer, many of us have to face a problem of weak and brittle hair. Especially this problem is familiar to those people who have too dry or long hair. In particular, brittle and weak hair is usually hard to handle and comb, because it gets tangled easily and does not want to be put to a particular style. Specialists suppose that this is caused by a loss of natural elasticity of our hair.

There are several home-made herbal remedies for brittle hair which can be used to fix this problem. But first of all, you should provide your hair with necessary amounts of nutrients and moisturizers. For example, you can use special hair care shampoos which are designed to make combing and handling your hair easier. Such hair care product usually have increased content of vitamins and minerals that nourish, strengthen and moisturize your hair.

For those who want to strengthen the hair and make it softer, there are several herbal remedies for brittle hair. Those include the extracts of the following plants:

almond,cocoa nut,lime blossom,chamomile.

Also, you can use the following phyto-shampoo to strengthen your brittle hair. 30 g of dried chamomile flowers steep in 100 ml of boiling water, keep for 1 hour then add a tablespoon of honey. Wash your hair with your usual shampoo, spread the remedy along your hair laces from the roots to the edges, keep for 30-40 minutes, then rinse your hair with water. You can repeat the procedure once per 2 weeks.
